Jacket has free shipping worldwide for its valued customers. We try to deliver our jackets in 12 to 14 working days. Upon order confirmation through payment, a representative emails the valued customers with the product and tracking details.

Jacket Makers offer free shipping throughout the globe, the free shipping is the standard local method of shipping. However, in case a customer wants to avail the option of quick delivery. We have policies set to expedite the shipping in just $25, through which the customer may receive their order within 06 to 08 working days from process to delivery.

Please note that we do not send orders through PO Boxes APO/FPO addresses. Therefore, we require the complete address for each delivery. 

When will your order be confirmed?

Jacket Makers sends a confirmatory note to the customer, along with a copy of an invoice of the item selected, once the customer places an order. If a customer does not receive a note, the order is not confirmed. 

How to claim damaged goods or late Delivery?

To ensure customer satisfaction, we at Jacket Makers will compensate if the customer does not receive their parcel and cannot track their consignment in the estimated time. The team will either credit the total amount to the PayPal account or credit card or provide you with the best substitute possible. 

For damaged product, we are open to our customers reaching out to us through email within 07 working days. 

What is the estimated delivery time?

Please expect your parcel within 02 to 05 working days once you receive the tracking details from our end. The customer will receive an email from Jacket Makers with the tracking ID and shipping details.
